The adhesive tape is unwound from a jumbo roll with a winding up to 3000m. It passes between siliconized rollers into the cutting system and then the cut tapes are wound onto pre-cut tubes. We also laminate various materials with adhesive tapes up to 1500mm wide and the logrolls produced in this way are further processed - formatted to the required size.
THE WIDTH OF THE CUTTING TAPE IS FROM 15MM AND THE WINDINGS ARE ARBITRARY. WE WILL PROCESS YOUR TAPE ACCORDING TO THE SPECIFIED PARAMETERS.
The adjustment of the cutting knives (top - bottom) is more complicated here, so it is preferred to cut the adhesive tapes in a large series of a given size.
